1-2-09

Today went well food wise. I managed to get all my eats in,even while being busy at work. I turned down chocolate today, I really did not want it. I love when it works like that. I know there will be days that I want lots of chocolate , so I will be happy with not wanting it now.

M1: .5 cup dry oats, 5 egg whites and 1 egg yolk

M2: 2 tablespoons white bean dip with raw veggies

M3: 1.5 cups cabbage and ham soup

M4: 2 tablespoons peanut butter with celery

M5: 1.5 cups cabbage and ham soup

M6: small handful mixed nuts, macadamina, pecans and cashews with sliced cuks

Ok it has been a long day I must head to bed.
